They do not give raises. Very low moral. No appreciation for employees. Very high turnover. I have never seen it so high at any company. You are expected to work 50+ hours with no overtime. Poor management. The company is losing business because more companies are getting away from mass mailings. This has caused a huge amount of lay-offs and off-shoring. No training. Expected to learn on the job, but not given adequate time to learn on your own and to have all of the answers. Terrible communication. Not an equal opportunity employer, only hires white males.
