Some managers will give you instructions on how to complete a project yet when their manager is dissatisfied with it, they'll act as if they had no clue it was being done that way, even though they worked beside you on the project. Promotions are given based on favortism rather then qualifications and work ethic. Also, nothing you tell a manager here is confidential. It spreads like wildfire. Men tend to get paid a higher wage then women in the same position.

Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
