Sales goals are never achievable. Media is constantly evolving and the goals never reflect the changes within the industry and fluctuations in the market. Management will not have your back when it comes to training, setting you up to succeed and being transparent (especially with your paycheck). You will not make the amount of money that is promised to you. There has been a great deal of turnover in the sales department which is mainly due to poor management.
