Solid team of smart contributors. Fun place to work. Good work and life balance. Opportunity to grow and learn from seasoned management.

Career growth is limited. Mentorship could be improved. Generally runs lean, which leads to lack of support in some instances. Good people eventually leave for better opportunities.

The employees are really a great group of people who enjoy working together and mostly everyone likes to hang out with each other after work (this does not include the management team, the management team is awful). No one really understands the industry so everyone is learning at the same time and the employees do help each other out and work as a team.

Management is terrible. There is no career path for any of the employees. It's an unfair environment, during your review you many be reviewed by your peers but you don't always have the opportunity to review your peers (those on the same team as you) which is odd, unfair and probably illegal. The office is terrible (no heat and no air-conditioning) so you freeze in the morning and sweat in the afternoon. Management is clueless about how unhappy the employees are.
