      Most coworkers were great, work life balance was decent, but depended on department. Facility is clean and maintained.

      12-hour shifts are tough, but the rotating schedule is ok if you can manage it. Bad management in certain departments affects moral and turnover. Don't believe everything they tell you during the interview, promises made will be broken and used against you once you are an employee.

      management choices, "restructuring", refusal to get with the times with benefits, and never giving actual raises for job performance, yearly "raises" were always below inflation rates...
