      Vantaggi

      -Exposure to wide variety of technology, mostly Cisco. -Excellent place to learn. -Friendly staff. -CEO is technical (CCIE). -Senior engineers are extremely knowledgeable.

      Svantaggi

      -Salary is quite a bit lower than industry standard for Junior/Mid level Engineers. -No dedicated HR. -Very little formal training provided, mostly learn as you go. You are expected to study in your own time. -No Engineering manager, work comes directly from Sales or PMs. -Poor benfits/bonuses. Engineers are expected to use their own car. A fuel card is provided, but no allowance for upkeep.

Multicultural and inclusive, to the extent that Vegans, different religions and Coeliac sufferers are accommodated in the regular "Pizza Fridays" Lots of benefits including 25 days hols, pension, Death in Service, PHI, Bonus, Hybrid working etc... Amazing Easily accessed free parking Amazing "Over night" Christmas and Summer parties with other events throughout the year! Massive opportunities for progression, particularly for Engineers! Play room with Pool Table, Ping Pong table and PS5 is a very nice touch, though not used as much as it could be, due to Hybrid working.

      Location, I commute to the office with public transport not being possible for me. But, that's a personal choice and it's worth it!
