Lack of management support, as they have no autonomy or authority from execs. Such a heavy workload with no prioritisation, tooling or resources to deliver coupled with a constant fear of being let go. Constant changes and prioritisation of ideas driven by leaders: This is not strategy. So many people working with you one day and gone the next: No communications, just an ever increasing workload of the remaining employees.
