A person who's performing will earn only Rs. 1000 more per month than a person who's not performing. They don't award a person for what he truly deserves. 9. Employees have to pray daily, to bring some sense, into the person taking decisions on all important issues. 10. Company is friendly only to the very top Management and some managers close to the top management. It's not developer friendly. 11. Only Rs. 980 is being allocated as PF. If anyone works here for a long time, he needs to understand that by the time he calls it a day, he should not expect much in the PF account. 12. From what my colleagues cry out, Sodexo food copouns may not be issued for some months. It's a part of CTC, but there's no guaranty that you'll get it.
