Micro-management: your manager has no privileges. If the Head Manager/CEO likes you, then you're good. No flexibility by all means. (On-site, pressure, no humanity, you are a robot to them) as a Junior, hybrid or sometimes remote only for specific people (old colleagues). If you are not part of their mindset, then you eventually will be out. You will be limited functionally, as you need to follow their goals and make you even lie if it needs to. No actual Saas Enterprise culture - Factory mentality.
