Micromanagement at its worst. Toxic and incredibly restrictive environment has led to awful morale amongst employees, a genuine dislike for ownership, and high turnover. They do not beleive in an appropriate work/life balance, and tie bonus money to ridiculous attendance standards. They also discourage any cooperation or comraderie between staff, instead choosing to use divisive tactics to alienate workers from each other. If you have a soul, this place will suck it right out of you within a week!
