Zero Tolerance for being human - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Plastpro

I knew after the second week I wouldn't last long term. Personal problems are not tolerated even if you are completing your work. Impossible work environment. No errors are accepted. I was not from this industry prior but it was assumed by management that task be completed and I was supposed to just "know this stuff". Not the best company if you are a parent. Plastpro comes first! Lots of favoritism and cliques. It was not a good fit for me. There are even rules about the appearance or your desk right down to the waste basket. Yet they still lacked overall organization. The occasional free breakfast and lunches I mentioned above were not based on job performance. They were based on how "clean and organized" our desk were. They had a group come around and check! Complete overkill.
