Great Place to work. As I was part of technical team I had the privilege to work directly under Raj Sir who shares a vision and mission to achieve goals keeping empathy at the core. Under him Platina team worked for perfection. I worked for long 15+ years with him and learnt all aspects of my work area, work across teams, manage teams. Platina supported me through thick and thin. So, technologically and personally it was a great experience being part of Platina family. It was great to work at place where you are valued and motivated. Platina software is one place where you are appreciated for integrity and perseverance. To sum up its a company that create the kind of environment and culture that one would love to work in. Excellence is a habit at platina not just an act under the able leadership of Mr Raj.

I can't figure out any Cons to mention

I worked at Platina as an HR and my experience was amazing. The management inspired me to do better and nurtured my potential. My colleagues were friendly and encouraging. Overall, the work environment was professional yet warm. Mr. Raj Batra was the best boss I could ask for. I owe most of my professional learnings to him. He is a big picture person and steers the company and the people working towards progress both on an individual and group level.

At that time, it would be better if they had a small cafe for some light social interaction. May be they have it now.
