The kids you work with are great

It’s like dealing with high school drama everyday working with the other staff. They try to sign you into a contract you have to pay to complete if you end up not wanting to stay employed, so it’s a “free” certification. They make you use your own car to drive the kids everywhere and don’t pay you for gas or mileage. The people running the place are miserable people and don’t care for their employees. It will always be the employees fault in their eyes. I remember one time they scheduled me to work two different places at once, they released the schedule super early and I could not notify anyone of the issue since no one was at the facility yet. So then of course it was my fault and I got written up and I bet the scheduler had nothing said to them. I could go on and on about how crappy this place was. Never worked under such awful management, but I am grateful for the experience because it showed me what I want out of a place I work at and how I aim to be treated. I have since went on to find amazing career opportunities and I couldn’t be any happier. I urge you to keep looking somewhere else for employment else you’ll just be another number added to their insane staff turnover rate they “don’t know why occurs”.
