There's a lot to learn from your peers. Even though it's only the size of a start-up, the tooling & infrastructure that exists matches that of big tech both in terms of quality and depth. 3. The company is constantly evolving and adapting. For instance, my experience joining the company in a remote setting has been nothing short of fantastic. I felt supported and a part of the team as much as I would have had I been able to go to the office.
