Creativity was highly valued. The company leadership gave the team a lot of freedom to find innovative solutions to customers problems. The company had a real vision for the future that the whole team bought in to.

Probably a little too ahead of it's time. We were introducing so many new concepts to the clients that, in retrospect, were probably too cutting-edge. Clients probably would have been happier with simple, more basic solutions (ironic as that sounds).
