No Payment- They hire people on contract from Upwork or freelancer.com talking big game, they say they will pay you one month late for every month you have worked for. But actually they don't pay you at all, they keep on delaying it and don't even respond if you ask about payment. Every time they will promise to do some partial payment but they end up not paying at all. People have been waiting for their salaries from more than 4 months. Employees not leaving the company because they are afraid if they leave all their payment will be gone. Same case of permanent employees. High work Pressure- All the work that they assign comes with very tight deadline and they expect you to put extra hours to complete it. If you are willing to work in free or in partial payments, then only join this company. Otherwise say a big NO to them and move on
