Good people, average upper management - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Plews-Edelmann

Upper management should be looked at, some just don't know how to manage staff, and know nothing about employee satisfaction, definitely have some favoritism. It's a shame, they have lost a lot of hard working talented people. Now, some of the talent in my opinion is average, many people live in or near Dixon, so a lot of times your hiring pool is limited. I know many people who have left Plews to work in other larger cities. Some of the departments are understaffed. Some of the software/systems should be upgraded, some of their processes are very inefficient, need to be brought to the new age. HR needs to be addressed, hire some honest people-friendly individuals to take over that dept.
