Overall, I’d say it’s a good place to build technical and business analysis skills. I work with customer data, reporting, integrations, and process improvements. It never gets dull or repetitive because there’s a lot to learn here. My team’s both friendly and professional; it’s easy to work with folks who’re willing to share knowledge and help.

Working here has given me the chance to learn how things work instead of just fixing bugs all the time. I have exposure to real systems – Oracle, SQL, ERP logic, reporting. Managers are willing to explain things, sometimes more than once. Support and collaboration are top priorities. I also like the perks – casual dress code, great facilities, gym, games room, kitchen, outdoor space, and more.

It may feel overwhelming at first, especially for people new to the profession.
