The CEO and executive team have brought a much stronger sense of focus, transparency, and operating discipline. 2025 in particular felt like a true reboot year: clearer priorities, more accountable leadership, better communication, and a renewed commitment to building a high-performing, people-first company. The culture is one of the biggest positives. There is a strong emphasis on trust, inclusion, ownership, learning, and doing great work with heart. I’ve seen meaningful investment in leadership development, employee experience, benefits, and the systems needed to help the company scale in a healthier and more sustainable way. Plooto is also full of smart, kind, mission-driven people who care deeply about the work and about supporting small businesses. It feels like a company with a strong foundation and a genuinely positive trajectory.

Like many companies going through transformation, Plooto is still maturing in some areas. The pace can be fast, priorities can shift, and there is still work to do to simplify processes and make sure teams have the clarity they need as the company scales. This is probably not the right environment for someone looking for a fully built, highly predictable company.
