I have worked for Pluralsight since the early days as an outside contractor and when I was offered full time employment I jumped at the chance without hesitation. I had been in the workforce long enough to know that this ownership had something special, not only were they smart entrepreneurs but they truly cared about their vision and those that were helping them make that vision a reality.
