Regarding the December restructure, the timing was certainly not ideal. Because this was a restructure and not just a layoff, we had to implement change across our company in a timely way to meet the needs of the business and our customers. If team members had the applicable skill set, we encouraged them to apply for open roles within Pluralsight. In many cases, we were able to find new roles for impacted team members based on their skills and the requirements associated with the role.
