It’s great to hear that you’re having a positive experience at Pluralsight and that you feel connected to your team and our mission. We have a blended workforce at Pluralsight with team members working remote, hybrid in-office roles, so creating an inclusive and engaging environment is something we continue to prioritize. Cross-functional collaboration is very important, and we have a few initiatives in place to encourage more of these connections. That said, I agree there’s room to do more, and I’d love to see us expand on this in 2025. Your suggestion of focus groups is a great one, and we’ll take it into consideration as we continue to look for ways to bring teams together to solve problems. I also hear your feedback on the challenge of finding the right subject matter expert.
