I worked at Pod for just over a year, first as a content writer and then as an SEO executive.
It's a fast paced environment but it's very rewarding. There are lots of opportunities for progression if you're a go-getter.
For example, the company's founder made it clear to me that no departments were off limits if I wanted to transition/learn. They were also willing to support training costs. They really care about their employees and their development.
During a tough time, the company were also very supportive and flexible with my working hours. Not a lot of businesses have displayed the same empathy, in my experience.
By far the best thing about POD was the people. There are still many people I keep in touch with. There were always team building days, fun activities, and celebrations around Christmas.
There's definitely a strong comradery at POD. You'll never struggle on your own and whilst you'll work hard, you'll have a laugh doing it.
Highly recommend this company for someone looking to understand digital marketing and forge a career in various disciplines in marketing.

In my opinion, there were no cons from my time there
