Finding Clients to Sell To- In terms of prospecting for new clients, Podium's marketing is top notch and will bring LOTS of leads in for you to close. Prospecting is relatively easy given the huge pain point that Podium addresses. Culture- Great environment and culture- not surprisingly it is very feedback oriented and meant for people looking to grow. I'm in sales and have a high tolerance for conflict and feedback, and you will be expected to grow and learn from the feedback. Expect to be good coming in, and become great quickly. The team is diversified with young and experienced talent. The cool part is that everyone learns from each other regardless of experience. Young bucks teach the old dogs new tricks. Because it is fast paced, sometimes you can feel overburdened with urgency/stress. I recommend a good gym membership :)
