I love the fast-paced environment. I knew I'd be challenged and Podium has delivered on that. I've learned a ton in my first 5 months, and a lot of things I wasn't expecting to learn. There have also been some great opportunities to work with others (tangent-- the people here are GREAT!).

There were some major communication gaps that lead to some unnecessary strife early on.
