Vantaggi

If your primary focus is to earn a high income you should be able to do it here. Some AES and SDRs make really good money. The product sells and the sales organisation and comp plan is geared for over achievers

Svantaggi

The sales culture is toxic and there is a huge bro culture and lack of diversity in the management team. You have a core boys club and many are made to feel like outsiders and not included. To hit quota alone is very stressful, and there is literally no downtime between months. Smash it one month and that is forgotten the next. I feel that there is no loyalty from management only loyalty to you hitting quota. To achieve target you will need to put in extra hours and management team constantly apply pressure day in day out over slack. For me this is an unhealthy place to work which is a real shame because I felt it would be different when I started. They keep hiring more and more sdrs which make hiring quota harder.

Vantaggi

Great coworkers, lower-middle management, product, PTO “unlimited” which isn’t true but does allow flexible usage, generous 2 days off for many holidays, and catered food ~3 times a month, regularly stocked fridge with energy drinks, soda, and water.

Svantaggi

Top down leadership disconnected from sales and customer success team. Little coordinated efforts between nearly every department. Overhauled the pay structure Jan 2026, getting rid of the performance based promotion and pay scaling. Preventing OM’s from making the advertised 77k leading to many of us now stuck at 60k or 66k w/ a horrible annualized raise schedule (high performers not getting raises left waiting for potential raises that likely won’t come this year). Nearly nonexistent HR that is hard to get in communication with.
