Onboarding/training is lacking. They are still working on building out an effective onboarding program. I often felt like I was thrown into things and had to figure it out myself Pretty, high stress environment. It seems like every month there is some big sales push. I see a lot of burnt out employees. Unlimited time off is a joke for sales reps that have to hit quota, but aren't given quota relief Inconsiderate during a pandemic. They are more concerned about hitting a sales number than taking care of employees.
