Podium has great amenities. Gym, Snacks, and drinks are great. It's a good product to sell. Team mates are fun to be around

Podium isn't focused on making their reps money. Maybe it's the timing of it all. It has become a glorified call center for AE's. Hit your calls, hit your sets, learn your math, or else. This new growth focus has taken a company with one of the best cultures to one of the worst. 1/2 of the sales floor is interviewing for other jobs or getting fired for not hitting the new unrealistic numbers. Only 20-25% of the company hits their quota every month. I hope things change here soon because it definitely sucks right now.
