I was hired as a remote employee and they just instituted a mandatory in-office policy for Utah employees, myself included. I was assured in my interviews and offer that my job would stay remote and I took it based on that promise. I now am stuck with deciding between quitting or wasting my life in a commute. Podium has the frat boy tech bro culture typical of Utah companies.
