If you work in-person, they have a bunch of random things that incentivize you to stay in the office longer. Gym, ice cream machine, random events, the cafe is pretty affordable.

Culture (especially if you're remote). Management is either too focused on impressing the top dogs, too scared to speak up for their teams, or just idiots. (Or all of the above) Support is undervalued - just like any company, Sales is the golden child (even if they screw the rest of us over by making empty promises).
