      It is a competitive work environment

      The pay is minimal. You either receive the base pay OR the commissions depending on which is higher. You work 10 hour days 6 days a week either standing in a Walmart talking to every person you see or driving to and from that Walmart. Management was sketchy about COVID and who might've had it in the office. None of them would wear masks either. When I was "hired" I participated in zoom calls, training, and personal development for almost 2 months without pay and told over and over again I would start in "within the next 2 weeks".

      Some of my co-workers were easy to get along with and gave helpful constructive criticism that helped me improve. Also, my mentor was kind and caring.

      The boss is rude and gives the excuse that his rudeness is "British humor". He has the biggest ego and if you expect an apology from him from his insensitive comments, you'll never receive one. This company gives the illusion of a positive, team-based environment but, unfortunately, everyone is only looking out for themselves. The hours were long: Mon-Sat, 10 hour work-days (9:30am-7:30pm) where you stand for most of the day. It is a stressful job. You work, sleep, and then work again. If you end up with this job, please take care of yourself. I didn't when I had this job so please learn from my mistakes.
