I appreciate the culture and the people I work with. Leadership is approachable, communication is encouraged, and I feel comfortable bringing forward questions or ideas. The bank has a strong customer-focused culture while still valuing its employees, and there is a genuine willingness across departments to work together to solve problems. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and the commitment to serving our communities.

I don’t have any significant concerns at this time. Like any growing organization, there are always small opportunities to improve communication and streamline processes, but I believe leadership is committed to continuous improvement and addressing those opportunities.

I have been at the bank for 20+ years and have seen lots of changes. But through it all, PointBank has never lost focus of what truly matters: People! From multi-generational customers, to employees new and experienced, the bank is always looking out for its people and communities. Is there room for improvement? Always! Times change, technology advances, political and economic landscapes vary, regulatory requirements evolve, etc etc. But what has never wavered is PointBank's commitment to extraordinary service, and its ability to adapt to change! With 140+ years in operation under its belt, I have no doubt that will continue for decades to come, and I'm so proud and grateful to be a small part of it!
