Unclear assignments at times, unorganized

Given previous instructor’s coursework, but didn’t like how base-level it was for an advanced course.

Absolutely zero departmental guidance. Land of the adjuncts. No direction or CLOs to speak of. Was given the precious instructor’s syllabus and pre-made Pearson slides - that was it. Had to pull teeth to even figure out the course schedule and curriculum requirements. Pay is about average for adjuncts. Was told that I would be teaching lecture and lab component, but had a master’s student take over lecture (they had never taught the course before). Absolute administrative nightmare.
