There's a really mature attitude to letting people get on with their work. A lot of responsibility is put on people to deliver and everyone wants Pointy to succeed so they push themselves. It's exciting to be part of something that is growing so quickly and are having so many 'first time' experiences. It's enjoyable to watch as it evolves.
