      Some people in the company are nice

      Internal toxic culture with constant change lots of turnaround and burnout because lack of accountability. Iconic name bought not build, and owned by Oil billionaire without vision. Runned by elitist management team, eveything is as cheap as possible. Micromanaging to the extreme. Lacks support of workers at all levels, expects people to do double jobs with a clueless group of old white man board directors making the decisions. Nobody trusts anyone.

      You'll never be bored, but it's because you'll be doing 3 jobs.

      -You'll be painfully underpaid and they'll tell you you're making what you deserve. -You'll be expected to take on more work than you feasibly can, and if you complain about it, they'll give you a warning on your file -You won't receive promised compensation -They can't keep higher ups - 5 CEO's in as many years -There is absolutely no reporting structure. -If you're not down for forced socialization, you won't succeed.
