Talented staff, interesting work, supportive work environment

Does not pay the going rate for equivalent work elsewhere in policy

- From the get go was given great opportunities and responsibilities with helping with a report launch - Was able to publish articles on their website - great as an intern! -Everyone was very friendly and supportive - Felt like there wasn't really a hierarchy - everyone felt reachable and welcoming - Great set-up of having an internship supervisor and a mentor - both very helpful - Got great experience in stakeholder management, collaboration across teams, policy analysis and written communication, social media/comms, and staying organised alongside full-time study. -Great work-life balance - flexible but also employees still being in office a lot of the time. Very 9-5 with significant lunch break.

Too short - would love to have stayed longer! Sadly no jobs available at the moment!
