1) High and unrealistic targets with a very bad work culture as the bosses expect a newbie to do huge sales and achieve their unrealistic targets every day every week and month. 2) If someone is not able to meet the target then bosses or managers talks in a very inhuman way trying their best to demotivate the employee upto an extent that they are left with no other choice than to resign. So if you are ok with the cruel and inhuman way from manager or from bosses and can achieve the unrealistic targets only than go for it otherwise you will regret joining PB . 3) Plus they are so insensitive that they do not even see that a person is working hard even in fever and cold still if he/she coughs a little, then the ASM calls you and make you hear your call recordings in front of all and humiliate you for coughing on call when you are having really bad cold from a month and fever too that is going and coming back even in this pandemic situation they are so heartless and inhuman that they don't see your efforts in such a condition and still pokes you badly in front of whole floor of 500+ people just because you coughed on call in such a bad health conditions while giving your full efforts. 4) Plus very very low salary packages/ compensation. 5) very bad work culture. 6) Sometimes they ban the use of cell phones even when we have to use them for our job purpose. It feels like you are still in the school. 7) Very short breaks for lunch. 8) Illuminated seniors/ ASM support that's not really there as it's just a illusion. 9) long working hours over or more than on what you are hired on. 10) Biased environment especially from seniors or ASM ends. 11) Useless and irritating formalities which are most of the time are just senseless obligations and nothing more. 12) Corrupt or damaged systems and hardwares for which also many times employees are scolded if there is a damaged system or computer and not opening or is very old and slow still that's our fault not of IT guys and that's discrimination. 13) No holidays even on Diwali and holi like festivals and the founder/ceo is a Hindu and I guess Indian also , still no holiday on the biggest festivals of India, still you are required to do a half day and call people on holi n diwali to buy a life or any insurance policy. Quite funny right actually this one hurts the most. 14) Many more...... And many more you'll hear or maybe will experience if you are working or have worked already in pb.
