I joined the company for like more than a week and following are my observations. I joined as Developer in one of the teams which takes care of After sales process. There is a new build every week that is released every Thursday and on Fridays it is checked if build was okay or not. If everything goes find then we have to sit for 1 or 2 hours more to debug it else that day is mostly free and on the same day we have sprint meeting for next week planning. There are tasks every day in which some takes more time and some very less time. Break time is as per your choice. You can go out if you feel exhausted or you think you are free or have done the mentioned work. There is no compulsion to sit exactly for particular hours in single sitting. You can ask your Manager to opt for work from home or half day or leave. There are almost 1.7 EL every month which gets carried forwarded every year. 7 CL and 5-7 SL( both not forwarded). The company is planning to go on a trip to Mussoori.
