Additionally, I faced undue pressure and threats from team leads and managers. Public shouting and disrespect from superiors created a hostile and unprofessional work environment. My earned incentives were also withheld without explanation, causing significant financial strain. Moreover, I encountered potential mis-selling practices, which added further stress and could potentially harm customers. These issues were not addressed despite my concerns, making it impossible for me to continue in my role. The company plays with customers much like it does with employees, disregarding terms and conditions as well as human feelings.
