Worst job of my life - Recensione dipendente - Crew Member/Grill Cook presso Pollo Tropical

Worst company I ever worked for! Never took care of their employees! Never offered raises! Employees showed up late all the time or not even at all and there was no consequences! Was ALWAYS short staffed! Employees trained new staff not managers! They even made me train someone that was getting paid more than me with less experience! Was not aware of that until after I trained that person! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Worst 2 years of my life working for this company!
