The company is small enough to remain agile unlike working in larger corporations where it takes years to make decisions. The vibe is very family oriented and in general the upper management is well liked.

With a smaller company, it can be difficult to find time to work on process improvement and best practices due to resource constraints. However, with growth comes challenges so that is to be expected.
