Although in business for 25+ years, make no mistake about it; Pomegranate, Inc. is nothing more than an extremely wealthy woman's hobby.
Based out of Lexington KY, owner Angela Beck is married to a wealthy stallion breeder (Gainesway Farms) and this is her outlet to verbally abuse her employees and make them do her little dance. She puppeteers the team to make them do complicated projects that are completely ineffective, costing money and customer distrust.
I've never seen such shocking management/ownership. If the toxic behavior is not visible to new employees yet, it will come out soon enough. This is why the turnover is incredibly high.
