Night shift can eventually become exhausting. You just have to get used to the hours.

Beautiful grounds, they offer health benefits, there are some company perks such as complimentary wine tasting for 2ppl with proof of employment and it extends to all the wineries in the valley.

No upward mobility in the company, it is also privately owned therefore there aren't any annual raises. The management team is not as effective and efficient as they could be with their employees in the departments mentioned above. They often show favoritism.
