- It was extremely difficult to keep up with what was expected as the job procedures were changing at a daily, (sometimes hourly) rate, due to flaky clients. - Much/most of the procedure documentation was out of date.

-Health-Care and Dental are solid

It is a nightmare to work for this company, which should be evident by the massive wave of resignations that came through at the time of my writing this. -This company offers little in terms of growth opportunities. -Information regarding best practices and projects is regularly gatekept by management for seemingly no reason. -Management is not only extremely hostile, but management is also extraordinarily dishonest when it comes to company policies and career opportunities. -Policies are "loose" at this company. For example, the company claims to offer unlimited time off and work-from-home opportunities, but this isn't the case. -There are no opportunities for raises at this company. If you are not a member of the company's clique and were not hired due to nepotism, you will be treated as a low-level contractor and will be expected to routinely take the workload off of those in that clique. Management is exceptionally hostile to staff outside of the previously mentioned clique.
