Management at stores is great

Almost no good benefits for employees. Should add a free coffee or a free pie, having employees work long shifts when each store is busy, and having to pay for their own drinks is ridiculous.

I was hired as a general manager coming from running multiple restaurants and a specialization in team building. I was assigned to the 4195 Voltaire Ave location. I was exploded into hiring a brand new team stabilizing & training the team, and after 45 days once it was built up, they wanted to switch my pay from salary and relieve my position to bring on someone hourly to take over the role. I was not offered the other position, they used me to build up the team and then to replace me as needed. This is the highest form of manipulation. After 45 days, and after I had received a good 30 day review, they used me and discarded me for personal gain. Lacking integrity, and good morals I would not ever do that to an employee when hiring them, it may not be illegal, but it is completely wrong . I’m writing this to inform anybody else who is ever going to apply to work for this company to know that the morals integrity and the core values are ultimately something that this company does not practice but they preach it.
