Populus is great place for those in their early careers/wanting to get started in the corporate world and grow. You learn a ton here and there are great leaders that help train and develop. The culture is the reason everyone stays here, it’s flexible, easy going, open, honest, and has an “open door” policy that is actually practiced. I’ve seen multiple people start in one role and be promoted to another within the organization. In Covid no one was laid off so we were all able to keep our roles which was super valuable in an industry that was seeing massive lay offs. Perks are culture, flexibility, learning and growth, the people!
