The business is not a high street agency that micro manages but that of a business that offers independence, support and an opportunity to develop careers and is financially rewarding. Small team - very dynamic and loyal. Great principles and everyone lives by them. Work life balance fantastic. Great reputation with their clients. You decide on your career path and the company supports.
