Good benefits, solid compensation, good work/life balance, and unlimited PTO. The team members are all willing to pitch in and help, everyone leaves their egos at the door. New ideas are encouraged and appreciated.

The company is not as well known as others I've worked for, so you have to be creative in getting new sales leads.
