The conditions of the facilities are hazardous to your health. Funds are commonly not delegated to employees who deserve raises and or have been promised them, but invested into marketing, PR, and other assets within the company. Management constantly has it's hands tied by the control of ownership. Quality of product and work environment has consistently declined over time.
