I had a great deal of independence in my decision-making and my colleagues always displayed mutual respect. There was no backroom and undermining talk that I could see. Upper management always conveyed the company's goals and financial health to all employee clearly.

There was very little I could complain about while I worked there.

We got acquired, and while my manager was good, her now boss, the legal counsel who was over our dept, was extremely toxic, almost abusive in her aggressive and hostile nature. does not understand how to manage people nor communicate effectively. Instead, chooses to undermine and yell. she seems quite unstable. Grateful to have found a new role and quit. My wife is happy about it too.
